Shipping + Return Policy

Standard U.S. shipping: weight based cost, allow 2-4 days processing time before shipment. This timeframe does not include shipping time.
Express U.S. shipping: weight based cost, allow 1-3 days processing time before shipment. This timeframe does not include shipping time. Express shipments will ship via USPS or UPS. If you require an overnight/one day delivery, please contact us BEFORE completing your order so we can set up a custom shipping rate for you.
This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed. On rare occasions, orders will ship outside of this timeframe.
IMPORTANT: Once we ship your order, we are no longer responsible for your package. It is under the care of the post office and is out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for misdelivered or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office if you don't receive your package even though it shows as delivered (look up by using your zip code) The post office may have made a mistake while delivering the package. You can also file a claim for missing packages on USPS's website https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
All orders ship from our store located in Ohio.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been submitted. If not applied at time of checkout, discounts cannot be applied once an order is placed. If you have a discount code or gift card to use, please make sure it is input at the time the order is placed. For more return information, please refer to our returns policy below.
Any orders with free shipping will be shipped via USPS first class package, based on weight, unless customer paid additional for priority mail.
Customer is responsible for any customs fees/duties that may apply.

Qualifying orders will receive free standard shipping.
- Shipping address must be in the contingent United States
- Only orders with total weight under 10lbs qualify
- Standard shipping rate; expedited is not included.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email or text with a tracking number once your order ships.
If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.
If your order contains preorder items, it may delay shipment of all items in the order. It is up to our discretion if we ship in stock items prior to preorders becoming available.
Lost or stolen packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim within 14 business days. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
Items meeting the below criteria can be returned for a refund (excluding shipping) within seven days of delivery or purchase (for in store purchases). Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund; returns sent between 7-30 days will be issued a store credit (item cost only, excludes all shipping/taxes). Returns sent after 30 days will be refused and returned to sender. We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or refund after items have been washed.
An item may be returned if it is sent back:
- with original tags and packaging intact
- free of stains, odors, animal hair, damage, etc.
Items are subject to inspection upon return. We reserve the right to deny an item due to condition it was returned in - this includes any scents or signs of wear, missing tag or damage that was not reported in advance. If an item is denied, or an ineligible item has been returned, we will have to send the item back to you and a refund will not be issued.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping is not included in refund. REVISED 2/21/21: upon approval of return, customer will receive a shipping label to send the item(s) back - original packing slip must be included. Order must be shipped back within 7 days. The return shipping cost, as well as a restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount. Shipping cost is based on weight - flat rate costs: $4.99, $7.99, $12.99.
Please allow up to 7 days for processing once a return is delivered.
Items purchased in a sale or with a discount code are eligible for returns within 7 days for a store credit. Clearance items are final sale, and not eligible for returns or exchanges. We do not offer refund to original payment method for items purchased in a flash sale or with a discount code. Store credit will be issued in the form of a discount code and must be used within 6 months of being issued.
Returns with a gift receipt are accepted for a store credit within 30 calendar days of original purchase.
Beginning 1/1/21, we will be implementing a restocking fee of 20% on more than two returns for within a calendar month per individual.
How To Initiate A Return
To initiate a return, please send an email within SEVEN DAYS of delivery to email@example.com and include the following information:
• Your name
• Order number
• Items being requested to return
• Reason for return
Items that arrived damaged are eligible for return within FIVE DAYS of delivery - please examine your order when it arrives. If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
• Your name
• Order number
• Photos of the damage
Approved returns need to be mailed back within seven days of approval, and must have original tags still attached. If additional items that were not approved for the return are included, they will be sent back to you and you will not be refunded for those items. If we receive the return outside of the timeframe, the order will be returned to you and the refund will be denied.
We do not offer exchanges via mail, if you would like a replacement for an item that does not fit, you will need to return and purchase the correct item.
Items excluded from returns:
• Handmade/personalized items
• Seasonal items
• All sale and clearance items
• Any items marked final sale
• All accessories, including: jewelry, hats, bibs, bags, sunglasses, headbands, teething toys, toothbrushes, and opened bedding (including swaddle blankets)
Preorders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Items purchased in a sale can only be returned for store credit. We do not offer price adjustments. We do not accept returns to repurchase the item that is now on sale. Discounts and sales cannot be combined. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Local Pick Up
Any customer may select local pick up at check out, if they intend to come by the store to save on shipping. As of 8/25/21 we will no longer be offering curbside pick up - you must come into the store to pick up online orders. If you prefer to meet right outside the door, please text us as you are walking up and we will gladly meet you at the door with your order. Local pick up orders will be held for two weeks unless otherwise arranged - please ensure you can pick up within that timeframe. Pick up hours vary depending on store hours at that time. Please make sure to check store hours so you are aware of when you can pick up.
PICK UP ORDERS THAT ARE LEFT FOR 60 DAYS WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION WILL BE DONATED TO A LOCAL SHELTER ON THE CUSTOMER’S BEHALF — THESE ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. We will use every means we have to contact you before donating.
